manual 4-speed trans. from a 240D
Anyone in L.A. interested in one of these?
I pulled it from I believe an '80 240D about a year ago; been saving it as a spare for my 240D, which I just sold today. Can't guarantee that it works, however, since I pulled it off a junkyard car; however, nothing obvious led me to think it doesn't work. Fluid looked okay when I drained it. Price: a case (24 bottles) of Shiner Bock or Wittekerke or Newcastle. Come pick it up so that I'm not reminded of my 240D, which I miss already. Joe jsp@itsla.edu
