Hi. I'm looking for a front license plate bracket for a 1982 300D (W123), as well as a little advice as to how to mount it.

I can see the openings in the rubber where it attaches, but there's no holes through the metal. Do I need to drill through in order to bolt it on?

While I'm on the subject, does anyone know the Specs for the bolts to attach the rear plate? (Size, thread pitch.) I just got the car, with no plates on it. (Can you tell?)

Any help (part or advice) appreciated.
