Not local but
I have a brand new set of 8 hole after market with new kuhmo's mounted on them from Tire Rack. If you are interested let me know. I'm in PA but it may be worth it.
I bought them for my wifes car but the car died and is gone. Let me know - abauman@qdessa.com |

8 hole rims
You might want to check out the 15x7 8 hole rims from a 98 C230 as well - these look like an 8 hole rim that has been machine polished and reversed or 'dished', and they often sell for less than 124 series 8 hole rims. I put them on my car (pic below on sig) and liked them even better than the 'correct' 8 hole wheels. They do have a slightly different offset, pretty much like the aftermarket wheels offset. This gives you a wider track vy about 1.5", but there is no rubbing or adverse effect, at least on my 87.

The problem I'm having is I've gone through
2 sets of tires in 4 years because the outside edge is cupping. Makes the car sound like a 4WD with mud tires. Currently I've got 17x7? AMG Monoblocks with 35ET. I think it's throwing off the geometry. I had the dealer check the front end before the last set of tires were installed and they said everything was fine.
Everything I've read about cupping says worn suspension or steering, but nothing about wheel offset. I figured I'd go back to the original stock setup and sell the AMG's. Craig
