I’m looking to sell the trailer hitch in the photo. It’s a Draw-Tite with load capacity of 1000 lbs and tongue weight of 100 lbs, both numbers stamped on hitch. I removed it from my 240D I sold a few years ago. It attaches to the underside of bumper with two bolts and to the bottom of car with another two bolts.

First reasonable offer will get it, shipping will be $15. anywhere in continental U.S.

Man! Can you pull a 1000lbs with a 240D?

I pulled a small john boat and on occassion a utility trailer and never had any problem. My car had a manual gearbox. When I sold it with 279K miles on it the orginal clutch, and pressure plate worked perfectly.

Can you give me an idea of what a reasonable price might be? Or what a new one might cost?

Will pass this info on to a local friend he asked me the other day if I knew of anyone that had a hitch..Will this fit a 300D as well???
