P/N 126 970 02 01. Wrapper also shows the number 8310, which may be a color code. I believe this is chocolate brown, but I'm not 100% certain.

This item is brand new (i.e., never installed), albeit a few years old. Will sell for $30 including shipping within U.S., maybe even Canada.
