Parting out Turbo 190e 3.0

I am parting out my race car project because I have a better offer on the table to build a different car. I have a lot of goodies in this car so please look below. I don't have pictures of everything right now but I will update with pictures during this week. Most of the parts are still on the car and I will pull them as they sell. All of the parts have about 2 hrs worth of dyno time on them. All parts are located in Atlanta, GA.

300e rebuilt head $400
-This head is completely rebuilt with a fresh valve job and has about 2 hours of run time on it. The head is O-ringed for turbo applications. This engine was turbocharged running 16psi. You must use MLS or copper type head gasket with this head. I am not sure, but I think a stock head gasket will leak with the O-rings. Head comes with valves, rockers, and a stock camshaft.

300e rebuilt bottom end $600
This bottom end mated to the head above. It has new bearings. The original pistons were cut down to give 8.5:1 compression. The pistons are ceramic coated on the top and molly coated on the sides. The block has a fresh crosshatch pattern on the cylinder walls which should be fine for putting new rings in. I would recommend getting new rings and not using the ones that are currently in there. The bottom end includes a new timing chain and tensioner. The bottom end comes with an oil pan that has a hole for a bulkhead fitting for a turbo drain.

New Spark plug wires with plastic casing - $35
New distributor Cap w/2 hrs of dyno time - $20
Raceware Head Studs $50

300e intake manifold converted for EFI - $175
The manifold has been machined down to accept fuel injectors. The manifold comes with a fuel rail and fuel rail clamps. One of the clamps requires a spacer because it was machined a bit off, but it works great.

190e 2.6 Manual Transmission -$350
(Does not include shift rods. I have all parts to convert from an automatic to a manual for those interested in doing that. Includes a new slave cylinder.

Manual transmission pedal assembly with new master cylinder - $100

Spec Stage 3+ clutch $500
You can read about this clutch on the spec website. Its a $750 clutch setup NEW. I am offering it in new condition.

190e single mass Flywheel $50
(will not work with stock CIS engine management due to the pickups on the flywheel having been changed.

Complete Rear End - $2500
This is a custom built rear end for 190s that plan on racing or making serious power. The rear end includes a Dana 44 LSD 3.73 differential, custom tubular half shafts all constructed nicely in the stock mercedes subframe. The diff came out of a corvette ZR-1. The differential is rebuilt with new clutches. This rear end includes a new driveshaft that will bolt to a mercedes manual transmission. I had the unit bolted to 190e 2.6 manual transmission. I am using a 300e center driveshaft support because it is a bit beefier. It will fit in the stock location with a couple of spacers.

New Intrax Springs - $150
New Bilstein Sport Shocks - $350 (this is a steal for someone)
400E brake setup $600 (with cryo treated rotors and red calipers)
Braided Brake lines $40
Wheel Spacers $80
(these spacers will allow you to run stock wheels with 400e brakes)
400e Limo Sway Bar NEW cut to fit a 190 $150 (hard item to find)
190e 2.6 Sportline Steering Box $125

Uncracked Blue Dash $100

I have most of the interior parts also for anyone looking for some restoration on their blue 190 interior. Please let me know if you have any questions about the parts above or if you would like to know about other parts. I'm sure I will post more parts up as the week goes on.

I snapped some pictures tonight.

Couple shots of the engine block

Brakes (you can see the aluminum H&R wheel spacers in the front what will allow stock wheels to fit over 400e brakes) This is just a shot of the front brakes. The rears look similar.

O-ringed Head

I've also decided to sell my manifold/turbo/wastegate/downpipe setup. This should be a nice buy for someone trying to put a turbo kit together. The setup includes a GT30R ball bearing turbo, Turbonetics Deltagate wastegate, a custom steel manifold, and a custom downpipe. I don't have a great shot of the downpipe because I hadn't taken it out of the car, but I will get a better shot when it comes out.

I am going to keep the hoses that are attached show in the pictures but I will leave the main fittings attached. I havn't decided on a price yet given that it was a $1200 turbo before I put two hours of use through it.
