Update: the white rims have been sold and we have acquired the desired 126 rims for my son, so only the two best chrome rims remain available, with or without tires.


My son John has just taken over ownership of my '85 300TD, but he and his fiancee do not like my 7" X 15" wheels, ET 16mm, of which I have 7, 4 white and 3 chrome; they have a strong preference for the later '80s W126 rims, part number 1264004102, 6 1/2" X 15", ET21.5mm. We are in SE Virginia; if you want to engage in further conversations about buying or swapping, I have an long email full of details ready to send, just send me a Private Message.

if anyone scrolls down far enough to see this post and wants to talk about the wheels, I may be checking email through an in-law's machine, but I'm not sure how often -- I have to take my Mother out to Minnesota for my aunt's funeral. I do have a new collection of photos which I should be able to send later next week, too.
