WTB 123 front seat bottom spring box
Looking for a front seat bottom spring box for a W123 coupe chassis. If you've got one in good condition (i.e.: no broken springs...) PM me w/ price. Thx.

Bump. Pool noodle fix does not hold up if the spring is broken. Dang. Live and learn.
Therefore, if anyone has a driver's side coupe spring box, I need one. PM me if you have one in good condition (no busted springs.) |

Some research...
123 sedans/ wagons seat bottoms 126 910 11 22 123 Coupes Early up to ~ 1650 123 910 05 22 All others use seat bottom 116 910 20 22 According to the MB EPC, the coupe seat bottoms were only used on the coupes, why the seat has a 116 part # is a mystery... W116 cars use the 126 seat bottom...

Try to get some SEC seats, then retrofit them in, more comfortable and unique. should not be hard to mount the SEC seats to your existing manual Slider, then you only need to wire up a switch for the recline.
I did it with a W123 Sedan with W126 leather seats.
