still available.
This is a fragile part though so shipping will be expensive as I will need to build a plywood box to put it in and pack it in peanuts. Probably best to sell it to someone who can pick it up. tom W

I was fortunate when I bought a dash from someone back east (I am on the W coast). It was a mint 124 dash and I really wanted a clean one, this was the late 124 with wood trim and an airbag on the passenger side all for $150 which was a steal. The shipping was not cheap but worth it overall. The seller used a lot of heavy cardboard wrapped around it with bubble wrap over the dash first. The ends will get damaged in shipment if its not packed properly with stiff cardboard and when in layers its pretty good. It arrived in fine shape thanks to the effort expended by someone, it probably took over a half hour to pack it. All the shipping companies put a hefty surcharge on long packages like that. I used to use Greyhound for things like that but they went out of the shipping business. A clean 123 dash is worth $100 to $200 depending on condition. A mint one went for a lot of buck$ on eBay a few years back, it was still in the factory packing. I have yet to replace the dash in my '79 300TD. I bought a pull from a local INDY who parted out a low mileage 123. I was happy to pay $125 for it (esp with no shipping!) It had one tiny crack starting but it still has wood trim on it and the temp sensor too, plus it wasn't dripping in Silicone spray
