IN Desperate need of 1981 300SD Transmision
 
so yeah I need a transmision for my 300SD im not willing to pay $1400 for a rebuilt one so if anyone has one i would be willing to pay a good chunk of cash for it

Where are you located? If your in Atlanta I would stop in at the Benz Store on Buford Highway. Ken the owner always has a good selection of used parts. He might be able to pull a transmission off a parts car and get you going again.
