Empty Cradle Seeks Phone (W126)

Unfortunately, the previous owner of my 1991 300SE removed the cell phone. In the interest of keeping everything as it was designed, I'm trying to track one down rather than remove the cradle altogether.

Also, what appears to be a small microphone is draped over the cradle. Should that be fed through and installed somewhere else (like on the A-pilar?)

Attached are photos of my empty cradle and what the cell phone looks like in a different car.
