US Plate on a euro bumper?

Where can I find a license plate frame / holder for a us plate to go on a euro bumber? This is for my 113.

The Euro bumpers have a backer plate for the standard sized european license plates which everyone knows are long and skinny compared to ours. I have had thoughts of putting on the Euro bumpers and having a custom plate made that is the standard Euro size with the correct plate designation. I see you are in CA which like NY requires front plates. I have seen several cars here sporting no or other plates but I have only ever talked to one driver who had a different plate and he said he had never been pulled over. His front plate said "FARMER FOR BUSH". I don't even think they like him much any more.
