I pulled this from a 190D parts car while in Germany a couple of weeks ago. It is the vacuum switch for adjusting Euro headlights up and down (PN 0 307 650 100). Looks identical to the one in my 1980 Euro 300D. Pics to follow once the camera's battery is charged. Make an offer!

This is the exact same dimensions and looks the same as the one in my W123, but it may indeed be a different PN. I can say with 99% certainty that it would fit and work fine in a W123, for what that's worth.
