I have one. But wait, I just bought a set of those aluminum wheels that use those hubcaps. I need to see if I have enough caps with four good clips to cover them.

oh wow. I've got about 10 hubcaps out there and I dont think any of them still have the rubber on them lol. I'll check and get back to you.
