Set of 16" Enkei wheels dual drilled - $300 OBO

I have a set of 4 Enkei wheels that I purchased to replaced a factory set that got bent from a pothole. I bought them because they were a lot lighter than the factory wheels, but I decided to go with another set of OEM wheels instead. They were mounted for approximately 2-3 months, and then stored. There would make great wheels for the track or for winter wheels.

I know I don't have many posts on here, but I do have a 100% feedback rating on ebay and a score of 157 (check speakerlav). I frequent Schuman's website a little more often, because of my 1985 300DT.

These wheels are in great shape and are perfect except for the 2 little scratches on one wheel near the valve stem, and a little scratch on another wheel. Neither of these are more than 1/8" long. I paid $350 plus shipping for these not even a year ago, and I want them out of my garage. I'm looking for $300 + shipping, or I would be willing to meet anybody in the the Philadelphia area. Here are a few pictures:

What is the offset, please? Are you saying you ran them on your 123 chassis car without interference? I have never seen such wheels offered for anything close to a 123 chassis or anything close and I have conducted a pretty comprehensive search more than once.

What do they weigh?

What is the significance of the dual drilling? Is it two different lug diameters?

Will the center hole fit over the hub on a 123?

I'd be interested in them for my 124 for track use only though. How much does each one weigh?
