WTB - 2001 E320 visor mirrors and outside mirror switch

For a 2001 E320 -

I'm looking for a pair of visor mirrors in tan. Also the console switch to adjust the outside mirrors. I only need the knob but it doesn't look like it was meant to be a separate part.

Let me know what you have.
