I have a like new Alpine CDE-9870 MP3/CD Receiver with iPOD capability (cable required). This unit was installed by the previous owner for about 2 months before I purchased the car and removed it. It comes with patch cable for Mercedes E320 or similar and all original parts, instructions, CD, faceplate case, etc. . Note this unit does not support the 6 disc Mercedes CD changer.
