WTB: ONE W140 p/n 14004009002 8 hole wheel, OEM. $50.
 

Seeking one W140 8 hole wheel, not chromed, from an S420 or S500. Cannot use W124 wheel, although it looks the same from the outside. W140 wheel is 16x7.5J ET51, which is stamped on the back on one spoke. OEM only, condition not important -- I'll accept clear coat discolorations, flaking, or small amounts of curb rash.

I found a boneyard that will sell them at $50; so that's what I'm offering for the "excess stock" from your closet.

I am flying to Milwaukee on Thursday....I wonder if they will allow me to carry it in luggage?

Shouldn't be a problem as check-in luggage. It's just a hunk of aluminum. Let's see if franklynb gets back to me in time.

I need to get rid of mine too but I just realized I left those wheels in Los Angeles so Sixto, yours might be a better short term option.
