WTB: w123 euro headlights

I'm looking for an intact pair of euro headlights for my 1984 euro 300TD turbo.

Must be complete (with vacuum adjuster pods) and in good shape (lenses and reflectors). Will pay reasonable market price.

I would prefer the older round lens style Hellas, but will consider the later model squares. No RHD (UK) lights, please.

PM me if you've got them.

You should have a moderator move this to the PARTS forum.

You are looking for the Hella lights in this case. The vacuum adjust headlights are very hard to find. I have a set of bosch headlights nice, but they are not vacuum adjust.

Yeah. That's correct.

Clearly, I'm an idiot today.

Per your Edited post, I dont think the rounds had vacuum adjust, but I could be wrong.

Here are some pretty nice rounds I saw on ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=010&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=200207489594&rd=1

I will sell you my rectangular flat euro lights let me know.

I saw those rounds already, I'm waiting on a reply from the seller to find out if they have vac adjust.

I have the adjust wheel on the dash and the tubing, but it just ends in the engine bay. They clipped it when they federalized the car.

It was originally equipped with Hellas, BTW.

I had a pair of LDH rounds with vacuum adjust. I bought them at a junkyard in France, and they had yellow fogs... so they do exist. I tried to sell them here and no one bit (even down as low as $120)! Keep looking... they're out there!

I actually bought the rounds previously mentioned on e-bay.

They are Hellas and have the vac adjust. Overall condition is good, but the plastic is very brittle.

Unfortunately, the drivers side assembly was smashed in shipping. The lens is gone and the plastic supports that hold the main reflector are snapped off. So, I'm still looking for a good set.

I've got a friend in Germany right now and I'm looking at getting a pair of NOS lights.

I have a pair of euro headlights but the square type. Not sure about the vacuum thing though.

I'm looking for US headlights.

Wanna swap?
