Need a '92 W201 (190E) Salvage Part ASAP
Well the dealer price is way out of my range to fix my driver's door lock. However I think I can swap the broken part from a salvage piece.
Does anybody know or have a W201 that is being parted out? What I need is the driver's door lock tumbler assembly like in the picture at the bottom of this thread: http://stinehouse.com/junk/P1040024.jpg W201 (190E 2.3) Driver's door lock actuator - vacuum and electric? (pics) Thanks, - Blaine

Bump! I've got to get the 190E back together.
I've tried silverstar but he doesn't have any. Any salvage driver's door has this part and I bet it is a throw away. http://stinehouse.com/junk/P1040024.jpg

did ya get it figured out? I got a pair of 16vs im parting out. However, Im selling the lock set complete. It works in your favor, as you will still have the same key for every lock. I have one, possibly two keys with the set along with the VIN number so you can always order more. Lock set includes Drivers, pass, ignition, glovebox and trunk locks. I have removal & installation walkthroughs on hand too if you need them. $200 shipped for the set
