FS: W210 Diesel Shutoff Valve w/seal & screws

Alrighty folks,

I just completed a replacement of all of my fuel lines and replace this working, non-leaking shutoff valve as well. I really have no need to keep this one sitting around and I don't want to keep it here in the desert and watch a perfectly good part dry out. So I will happily let it go. These are pretty pricey new ($167 from Phil). I will let this one go with the screws and a new seal for $100 shipped within the US.

Hi, My w210 1996 E-300D is leaking diesel from the shutoff valve o-ring. Since you've experience, could you, please, tell me the step by step how to do it? I've tried to do it myself. But not knowing what between the shutoff valve and injector pump make me nevous. Can't see it on you photo either. Please help. Also what needed to be remove in order to be able to work on it?
