Depending on the package you're offering, yes, there are 1 to 4 pieces missing.

For the basic dash trimline (which you are showing) that was on all w123's, I see both end caps and the piece under the center vents, the glove box trim is missing in that pic.

For a full wood dash set, it is missing the wood around the knob & switches under the center vents, ashtray wood, and shift console wood. See pics below. (The one for the knob and switches under the center vents is the one I really need most.
