I love commenting in the for sale forum because I can say what I really think to an unreasonable or clueless seller. Back when I was selling cars for as a full time job, I dealt with people on a daily basis with unrealistic expectations, along with co-workers who used the cheesiest car salesmen lines. Of course, since I was trying to make the sale, I would have to bite my tongue considerably and be polite.
