Question for anybody: Are these the correct size/offset for the W123 chassis?

would be OK on the back but would rub in the front. W123 are usually ET23. They offered a staggered set of ET11 rear ET23 fronts. I have 3 ET23's 15" I have been waiting for a broken set of ET11's 15" to make a staggered set.

above is correct, they rubbed the tires when turning and going thru bumps bad enough to rip one of the tires...I would bet with lower profile tires (had 225-55-16) and some fender rolling they would work

Acceptable.

I've got this same wheel on a 123 wagon with 225/50/16, lowered the front 2".

Although the offset isn't perfect, I think it's acceptable. I do have to be aware of dips and driveway entrances because of the bigger tire and stance, but it's a concession I'm willing to make.

Are there shops that can change the offset on a wheel by modifying the wheel itself?

That looks sweet! What color did you paint the wheels? Matching?

JHogan, looks great! better than they did on my 123!

Im sure someone can modify the wheel, but probably be too costly to make it worthwhile..........
