I had these in my 300TE, but I believe they also fit in any other W124. Black rubber with the "honeycomb" pattern. One small (1/4") melted spot on passenger front mat from errant solder blob when installing the stereo. No big deal.

I think these are still available from the dealer for ~$100, so $50 for a full set of front and rear mats is decent. Very good condition and _clean_.
