123-Auto Trans

I have a 123 Automatic Transmission from a 1982-240D and I also have a automatic trans from a 1982-300D-Turbo. These are different transmissions and I know the 240D is a very good transmission and I know very little about the 300D-Turbo except the mileage was 120K...shipping from Indiana(UPS) will be about under 100 and I am asking 200 for either trans...Jim
