WTB: 1994-1995 Euro E-Class Sedan Trunk Lid

Looking for a new or used euro 94-95 w124 trunk/boot lid - part number: A 124 750 24 75. PM or email me if you or someone you know has one.

Just to give you an idea, I'm looking for the top one, not the bottom one:

does the euro deck lid incorporate the filler panel (between tail lights) as a part of the deck lid? ~~~ they introduced a retro fit filler panel in the US models from 1991-1995 which would bolt on the 1986-1990 models

i'd be interested in the euro style if it came as a separate panel

The 86-93 models are two piece trunk lids - the filler panel and trunk lid. 94-95 models are one piece lids - either euro or not.

That will be a non-US lid, the '94/'95 US one has a smaller plate opening.

I've tried to reach out to some guys in different european countries, but it's kinda hard to locate this trunk lid used for some reason.

As for the euro plate - a simple German one.

Btw, I think I've seen you on mymbonline.com - clean w123! I might have seen you around here.

Thanks, I'm surprised you haven't seen me locally - I'm in Anaheim too

I got my Euro plate on Craigslist. Are you going for a custom one? It's hard to get parts from overseas, especially from a country with a different language. Those trunks are hard to find here. My friend with a W140 has the same problem, he wants to go Euro but the trunk only fits a US plate.

Well, I'm only asking for a ticket if I seek euro plates, so I am aware of the consequences; plus I am no stranger to fix it tickets (tint, no front plates, etc. ).

I can easily purchase a new trunk lid (via a friend's euro w124 VIN# or part number) but they cost around $550 (and that's my price) without the chrome trim handle which alone is like $200. So I'm looking at $750 for parts and then paint...it just gets ridiculous after a while, plus I don't wanna spend more on this car anyway.

Whereabouts are you located in Anaheim MBeige? I'm near Disneyland off of Orangewood & Ninth.

Closer to Buena Park actually, Lincoln and Magnolia. If my friend's Euro trunk pushes through and it's a good deal I'll let you know. He's sourcing it from Europe, used. Took a while but we'll see. Later tonight I'll be doing brakes and bearings on the front axles so I'll be sure to mention it to my friend.

Thanks bud! Also, if anyone is interested: I'm selling (willing to trade for a euro 1994 one) my NA trunk lid off of an 1994 w124 - painted black and in good condition - pm or email me for more details.

in the back of any MB Enthusiast magazine there are adds from euro junk yards. Did you try any of them? Shipping might suck, but its worth trying.

I subscribe to it, but you can get it at Barnes and Noble.
