OK, This was going to be my car, It is now for sale.
There was a problem with some torque steer, so the rear suspension was re-done to the tune of $660.00
Now I really can not afford to have it shipped to San Deigo, So I have to sell it I guess.

Car is in Atlanta at my Father's House.

Champagne exterior/ Tan leather
Paint is near perfect, interior is perfect
135K, Odometer is broken, so true miles are around 150K
Sunroof, power everything blah blah blah....
Clarion DRX-7485 CD deck, Clear turn signals, new tint.

Driven by my Mother for the last few years and another lady was the original owner.

Whats wrong-
front bumper has crack in it on passenger side, not huge, just plastic is cracked
A/C does not work, blower does
Wiper sprayer does not work
Muffler has a small hole in it, its not loud.

$6000.00 obo.

This car looks new!
I can include the New Momo Course Muffler I have for it and the Neuspeed Spings I bought also.

That's quite a high price for an old 300E needing so much work. All said and done, you'd have more in it than you could ever get out of it.

I figured that was a fair starting point and thats why I said best offer.

I have no idea whats wrong with the air, it may be a simple fix.

I thought it was fair and if someone comes up will cash, they would have the opportunity to even make money on this car.

I would like to know who quoted you the $150 for the odometer. I currently have to replace my odometer on the W124 I just purchased in order to pass MD inspection, and it cost me $600. The unit cost is $370.24, and being it is for a used car, the odometer has to be re-set, and the charge is $36. Since I am no DIY, and it cost me $175 labor to replace the unit. Wish I know you are selling your car a month sooner, I would have bought it.
