I have to reduce the price bigtime. I am trading in my car and they are offering me $8500, so I will take anything over that. I really have no choice. All info is in the other thread here:

ahh I don't want this car to go to some old man or soccer mom :) This is a chance to buy a car at dealer trade-in price. I will take ANYTHING above this. Anything more than 8500 is more than the dealer is giving me.

I took the clear corners off and put on the original Bosch amber lights.

Also took off the euro plate and put back the US filler.

Looks so...plain :(

Before taking "Anything above $8500" for the car because that's what the dealer is giving you, please be sure to consider the sales tax savings associated with the trade in.

If you trade the vehicle in, you get $8500, plus: you only pay tax on the DIFFERENCE from the purchase price and the trade in price, so effectively you're getting $8500 plus tax for the car.

If your tax rate is 7%, you'd have to sell the car for more than $9095 ($8500 x 1.07) in order to break even.
