there are at least two different designs for w210. i have one which is a take
off from 98 E320 (no LED blinker) which should fit 95-99. in WHITE. used.
no serious blemishes. $50 including shipping to CONUS. email if you want
photos. got this from the inside 210-81101-60 41-3123-435

No uncommon for a metal pin to bend or break off in those mirrors. Fix can be as easy as making yourself a new pin to hold the spring in place. See W210 Side View Mirror Spring Failure - I fixed one! for a few solutions.
