W123 Passanger side mirror block off plate, Chrome

This goes on the outside when you don't have a passenger side mirror?
The trim plate that covers the backside (inside of where the mirror is mounted has fallen off. It appears the little plastic prong that is supposed to hold it on has snapped off. You don't have one of those, do you?

yes it goes on the outside. There was a inner panel at the junkyard but it was in bad shape.
