Those are for the HVAC, the bottom is the blower relay. Not sure of the top. I think something for the automatic section.
I will take the blower relay if you sell it cheap since it is sold as-is.

Im having second thoughts
 Car is probably gettting a fresh coat of paint, if it does then I think I am going to try to restore the AC.

I only want the bottom to rebuild it. I suspect the reason I have no 'LOW' fan speed is that black box... yet I do not want to purchase a reman unit and it not be the problem.
