Parting Out 1979 240D
 

1979 240D hit hard on drivers side rear wheel, I only want the engine, everything else needs to go. Fairly clean and complete car with many nice pieces. Red with tobacco interior except for the seats which are black. Automatic. Manual sunroof and aluminum auxiliary tank (20gal?) in trunk.

This was (is?) a complete California vehicle in very nice condition until it was hit in May of this year. I'm going to need the engine to get my 1982 back on the road, I purchased the car specifically for the engine which only has 10,000 miles.

Yes,I believe a 1979 240D is a W123.;)

Parts are still available, as a matter of fact since July I've only managed to sell the manual sunrroof.

This is a solid California car that was hit in the rear and totaled by an insurance company. I plan on using the engine as a donor for my blown 82.

Auxillary aluminum gas tank(packed weighed and ready to ship!), carpet set, door panels,wood trim, seats, bumpers, lights, lenses, exterior trim, wheel covers, grill badges. Willing to pull front fenders and just about anything else, I just need to keep it in rolling condition for its eventual scrapping.
