Parting out 1991 350SD Midnight Blue & Saffron Leather

Parting out a 1991 350SD

Midnight blue (color code 904) over saffron leather (color code 264) or maybe its java leather

Vin is WDBCB34E5MA594209

Has the ASD 3.75 diff & SLS

Not sure about the engine I think it has a retrofitted early 300SDL motor, as the oil pan has the side part extension, which I am pretty sure the later cars didn't have.

I can't read the head or block numbers as the engine is so grubby.

Sheet metal is good, interior appears good, has a small hole in drivers bolster.

Everything will be cheap, if its easy to get too, I'm not into 126s, but this just landed on my doorstep.

Whats wrong with it?

No IP, no radiator, no driveshaft, no rear muffler, no CCU for the HVAC, no wood console piece, no windshield wipers, NO TITLE.

I'll sell it complete for a $1000 if anyone wants it.

My '91 SDL had the side-extension on the oil pan.

How much for the wire harness from the GP relay?

Decent/recent vacuum-pump?

Belt tensioner assembly?

No recent vacuum pump

Definitely has a #14 head, can't read the block number

$50 for the GP relay harness?

Belt tensioner $20?

On the EPC there is no part number listed for the side pan on a 350 motor

Car has a rebuilt MB transmission 1262705100, which according to the EPC is the 350SD/SDL later transmission.

That car looks like it has some sort of side skirt. Or is that just a plain old rocker cover?

No that looks stock to me. All Gen2 W126's have side panels like that.

Must have been the color that made them stand out a little more.

What has worked for me is to put a "request for bids" up on www.uship.com

Include a photo of the car and you will also need to know the length, width, height, and weight.
