See the small radius cut into the inside top of the fog light lens?

That's to clear the 94-95 hoodline.

The 94-95 euro headlight buckets are the same as the 86-93, and other than this minor cosmetic lens change, they all interchange.

These are Euros though! Well worth the $ since they have the vacuum adjust pods... the late US W124 lights didn't have them, did they?

they had them.
the face lift and the pre face lift euro assembly buckets are the same, just the lenses are different. if someone gets these lights for a pre 94 car, all they would have to do to get the original euro look would be to find some nice bosch euro lenses for pre 94 cars.

and that's it.

The US - spec lights had vacuum adjust pods? New to me! I know they were the same as the earlier W124 lights save the lenses, but I didn't think any US-spec lights had the adjustment pods.

i don't know if i'm reading that the way you intended, but, only the POST 94 cars had vacuum adjust pods. even the w202's have them. what i'm saying is, the headlight buckets w/ the vacuum adjust pods are the same between the pre face lift EUROS and the face lift lights. the stock US specs for the PRE face lift do NOT have vacuum pods. us specs from 94 on had vacuum adjust.
