Make sure you are aware of the issue with the rear springs. I think there was a second set that fix the issue. Might be better off chasing a set of H&R.

I have vogtlands on the rear, alignment is just barely out of spec in the rear and I have not suffered any abnormal wear on those tires. so if your a perfectionist they are technically out of spec, practically though, they are working fine for me.

I actually have a wagon, so I really only need the fronts. I have also been following the thread about spring interchangeability and have recently acquired a klann spring compressor. I might just start visiting the junk yards and doing a little experimenting since the vogtlands seem to be all used up.

There is not much difference in weight between a W126 and a W123
