560sel goes on Monday

I have white 560sel sitting in the driveway that I've pulled the motor/transmission on.

Anybody need anything from the interior (grey) before it goes?

It's a sunroof car.

Thx -CTH
PS. Save us both time and send me an email so that I can reply with pictures.

I was wondering if this interior would fit into a W111 sedan without too much effort. Of course, it would help if I had a road worthy car first. I have a nice rust-free W112 sedan I have to get back on the road. It's been in primer for like 12 years. I really don't like those M189 motors, so it's never been a priority.

sunroof tracks

My 87 420SEL sunroof has 1 broken and 1 bent wing, the part that allows it to flip up. I would be interested in the tracks, to replace mine if the ones on your 560 are in good shape.

Thanks

How is the condition of the rear seat back and bottom? Is it reclining?

reclines and looks great. No clue yet how to remove it. Will cuddle up with the big W126 book tonight and read up on that. Not sure if I'm going to have the time/patience to extract the wiring that goes with the reclining seat. Hopefully you don't need that. Thx -CTH

The car has a one week reprieve. Took longer than expected to pull the engine wiring harness and my trouble-light got scared of the dark.

To the three folks expecting pictures from me, I'll try and get them Tuesday morning in the daylight and then mail them out Tuesday night.

Instrument cluster is spoken for most likely.
Rear view mirror was banged up by somebody recently.
By lower wood panels, you mean the ones on the dash? they're good.
Thx -CTH

CTH, do you have the gray speaker covers that cover the rear round speakers on the rear parcel shelf? I am in need of them...

The drive train is spoken for. Anything else is fair game, presuming I have time to do something about it. Rained all day today, so the car is still sitting untouched from last Sunday when I finished pulling the motor and then went to mom's for dinner.

Time is a scarce thing for me (I just took a break from painting the living room here at 12:30am). I mentioned the interior because I figures somebody would want a random piece of plastic or have a good reason for me not to toss the seats.
