Ronal wheels 15" with tires

I have decided to sell my wheels and tires. They have some curb rash... but look pretty cool when installed. They came off a 190e. Tires have a few miles left. I would consider shipping at buyers expense.

Where are you located? Is that offset too deep for a W123 to clear the tie rods correctly?
How old are the tires. Cracking?

Wrong offset, Jimmy. 10mm too high.

Here is an alloy wheel fitment chart. They don't have W123s on there, but you can use similar wheel R107.

You would need spacers for the wheels to fit on your car. I recently bought a 280e euro and decided to go with the centra wheels that were on the car when I bought it. But with a new baby on the way, Im now getting ready to sell the car also! I wasnt planning on selling it but were definately going to need the money now.

I hate to do it but I unfortunately had to put the wheels up on ebay... and they are for sale with my reserve price lower than my asking price. I will ship the wheels... and if you contact me before bidding I can give you a shipping quote.

I will never figure out which offset is required for a W123.

The very bottom of that chart has W123 saloon, and with 15x5.5 the offset looks to be 35. So is it the 1.5" width difference that throws this off?
I would expect extra width to go outward.
I just need to get tires for my steel wheels and ignore the lifted skirt.........

When you go from a width of 5.5" to a width of 7", the wheel gets closer to the tie rod by .75". When you go from an offset of 25 to an offset of 35, the wheel gets closer to the tierod by by .4".

Therefore, the sum of the two is 1.15". That's probably not going to work on a W123, but sometimes the charts prove to be conservative and some wheels that should never fit will just barely clear the tierod. I'd restrict my decision based upon those who have actually tried it and not simply posted a chart from the internet.

You can take a look at the clearance between the tie rod and the wheel on the W123 and make your own decision. The 123 probably has 6.5" wheels, therefore the 7" Ronals would need an additional .65" between the current wheel and the tierod. You might be surprised in what you find.

Any idea what shipping to 61920 would run? Just curious... thanks, and good luck with the auction!
