Question New brake caliper boots wanted

My 1985 300 SD turbo diesel needs new brake caliper boots. Can any one tell me where I could buy them from? There is nothing wrong with the calipers, but the front brake boots are worn out and are loose.

Any help to find them is appreciated.

Confused

Where are the front brake boots located?? Are you asking about the front brake pads.. You can usually get the pads from a local auto store or you can get them here from Peachparts. Are you asking about the brake pistons or seals? Jim

Sorry Jim I wasn't clear. I do mean the piston seals. To buy the whole set of calipers cost's about $260 new and about $100 less for reconditioned ones. What I'd like to get are the rubber seals/boots. Any idea where I could get them?

In that case, I suggest buying a brake caliper rebuild kit for each affected wheel, but if you're going to do one, you might as well do all four. This way you can replace the outside seals, the piston seals, and clean up the inside of the cylinders as well. It's time consuming when done properly, but it's cheap.
