300 Coupe driver's door window regulator

I need a good 300 Coupe driver's door window regulator. Mine is rusted to smithereens! The manual calls it a 'window lift', but I think most folks call it a window regulator. Also looking for a good windshield.

Windshield-Window Regulator

It will be very hard to ship a windshield to Canada. Is your window electric or manual?? Jim

electric window,

I expect it would be a little pricey to ship a windshield. I think I was quoted $500 for a new one at a glass shop up here. I thought I might be able to get a pretty good one for half that but maybe that will have to wait till I am traveling south

A local nationwide glass shop quoted me $77 for new a Pilkington glass windshield for my 300cd, that would be for just picking up the glass. The glass is for the two door, I'll be picking it up next week.

Also, you'll need a new windshield seal, they are NLA for the coupe from the dealer. Some people use a wagon windshield, and the installer cuts off a few inches from it. Ill post a thread of this when it's all said and done.

I've been thinking about that. I do have some American friends but I don't see them often enough to feel o.k. about asking them to store a crate in their garage till I can get down and I suppose have a local shop put it in.
So I guess I am looking for it shipped up here.
