84 300 TD Junky Red Parts car going to crusher

Hello again,

I picked up this beauty yesterday, and it is going to the crusher in a few days. I am going to pull some stuff off of it for myself, then sell a few parts, then crush it.

Anyhow, let me know what you need.

car had 415,000 and been sitting for 8 years so it is old and pretty used up, but who knows you might get what you need

Lots of wagon specific parts available

pm and Ill get back to you. I want to pull and ship everything within one week.

James

Wagon bumper, before it goes to crusher

Hello again,

I pulled all sorts of little goodies off this, and it is about time for it to go. Does anyone need a rear bumper?

Those chrome roof rails are quite sought after by the wagon crowd....I'd keep those!

1984 wagon KRUSHED!!!

Hello All,

I just sent the red wagon to the crusher. It was worth $290 bucks in scrap, plus another $75 in scrap wheels, and I did not have to drain any fluids or whatnot, not even a hole in the ole diesel tank.. Krazy Krap those junkyard folks. The making of a living handling scrap/junk/garbage/recyclables/etc, is a noble profession and one that appears to be very lucrative-provided the Chinese keep buying kraploads of krap from Krazy Americans.

So, this red wagon from Illinois had 470000 on the clock, but rusted out towers. For sure one of the best cars ever made, no car today will go 470,000. If you don't love MBs, you must be dumb. And, yes, you can quote me on it. Then again, non-MB lovers aren't actually stupid, they have just not been let on to the best secret in automotive history. The cheapest long term car option is a MB diesel, probably years 83,84,85.

Anyhow, hope you find this email informative. Love to all, The Kid
