WTB: 82 W123 armrest cover, Navy
 

Hi all,

Got an 82 240D and my armrest cover is shot. It has a zipper on the back used to remove & replace it. There is not a big release button like on the 300D.

Does anyone have one in Navy they'd be willing to sell?

I found a driver's seat in Navy MBtex with armrest in DC. I was going to get it but, I just need the seat not the armrest. The guy was charging $75 b/c of the armrest ($50 w/o). I'll call him back see if he still has it.

If I got it for $75 I'd give you the armrest for the $25.

ADD: I believe the armrest was off of a 300TD so it will have the button. Would you still be interested?

If it has the button I'm not sure it is compatible with mine; at the very least I would have to take off the seat fabric and detach the whole armrest from the inside. Question is whether my seat would support the mounting hardware for the one with the button.

The way mine was designed, there would be no need to do anything but unzip the zipper, pull off the cover, pull on the new and zip it up.

If you could keep me posted, I would definitely pay $25 for the zipper-cover style, and would also buy it if I could be sure the button style one would mount to my seat.
