HELP! I need an engine or just a head for my 66 230s. It broke a valve and trashed the head, 3 pistons and damaged the block.

Any help would be appreciated.

My older brother has a low mileage 67 230S (about 100K on the engine, in excellent condition.) The car is rough, sitting in his garage for last 6 years,but turned regularly.

He might be willing to sell the entire car reasonable since he is unlikely to ever restore it as he 'hopes'.

What is the engine , with car attached worth to you? It wouldbe a good drop in. The tranny has stuck modulator but great otherwise, A/C is still fully charged. Tires good, but now old Michelins. LOW LOW total miles (115K) Great seats good body needing rubber seals , paint, minor rust on rocker panels, needs headliner. nothing major. needs rubber mounts on rear axle.
