I might be able to get you one. There is a 1980s W123 280E with the fuel injected twin cam engine at Pull-A-Part. I could pick it up the next time I'm there (don't know when I'm going back, though).

I am in no hurry can still buy the part from mb for 71.00 i dont want to spend that to see if the motor run on the parts car . IAM CHEAP SOB . THE line that i needs as female fitting that goes into the fd ,whereas the other type screws in with a male fitting directly in fd

This fuel line was removed from a Euro 1982 280E W123. It goes from the fuel distributor to the 4th injector. Is this the one you need?
