Nardi Classico Wheel and Horn Buttons
I bought this wheel to put on my W123 84 300D. I was unable to find a hub for this wheel to my car. The 84 and 85 W123 require a specific hub which is very difficult to find. The 78-83 W123s use a different one. The only option I could find was to buy a hub from Bulgaria, which didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy. So I put in a different wheel and have this one to sell. Nardi hubs are readily available from Crowder's or on ebay for any other model of MB.It comes with a nice New Old Stock Mercedes enamel two contact horn button. This button is exceedingly rare. I also include a Nardi horn button which is single horn contact and therefore only works on some older models. The wheel itself is a Nardi Classico, made in Italy. It is in very nice condition, with only some scuffing on the bottom, which is shown in the pictures.$250 shipped in the lower 48.

The horn contact brushes don't line up with the contact rings on the bottom of the hub. Not even close. Tried bending the brushes, but they broke. If you look at Momo, they come right out and say that their hubs don't fit 84 and 85 123s. Some Nardi vendors do, too. I bought one that didn't and voila, no fit.

I must have got lucky--- The wires come up thru the hub and wired to the Silberpfiel wheel and the hub contacted the push out nub that protrudes-spring loaded-no problem.
