I have one. Used - complete with mounting bracket, fuse holder, 30A strip fuse, wires - one wire is missing its terminal, you'll have to crimp on a new one. $20 including shipping in USA. PayPal, check, money order. PM if interested.

Related to these kits, were there any instructions to them, or is it just a matter of connecting them in parallel with the fuse to be replaced, and removing the fuse?

I ask due to having recovered the whole wiring harness out of a car that had it, but that someone had raided the fuse box fairly thoroughly.
My SD, on the other hand, likes to melt the plastic bodied fuses that I can buy at most locations, eventually spitting the deformed fuse out of the holder as the body collapses.
