I hate to rain on your parade, but you do realize that somebody shoddily hacked DOT sealed beam lamps inside the european fixtures, right? It looks like the tabs holding the H4 mounting base were cut or bent, the base removed, and somehow a sealed beam retention frame was installed. I'd be interested to see what the output looks like, but I doubt it's anywhere near correct or safe (45 non halogen watts through two lenses? Hmm).
Most likely new reflectors would be needed to restore these lights to proper operation, unless the reflectors were not damaged in the process... then you might be able to scavenge the H4 bases from a set of corroded reflectors. The lenses and the housings look to be in excellent condition though! For reference, the reflectors / fixture should look like this with the lens removed (W126 fixture shown, which has a fog lamp as well as the high / low beam) This is... not what was intended -Jason
