I'm looking for a good used 240D Manual Transmission in the Minneapolis area, I could do about a 4 hour drive radius to pick up.

I did a manual swap to my 300TD and I have lots of bearing noise in the current transmission. If you can rebuild these in the area I'd be interested also. I have brought the transmission in to one shop but they were unable to even take it apart!
