I ordered some extra filters for my 2008 E320 Bluetec. I have the two extra cabin filters that are under the glovebox in 4zone climate controlled vehicles. Ours turns out to only be 2 and does not need the filters. These are Mann filters.

Paid $27 plus shipping for them. Guessing they will fit in a medium flat rate box which is around 10-12 bucks.

So how is 20 bucks shipped?
