Current crop of parts cars:
'95 E320 Sedan Midnight blue over parchment leather 78K miles Engine & trans gone '95 E320 wagon Grey over grey tex with asr & rear cargo cover 150K '94 E320 Wagon Brilliant Silver & black tex asr & cargo cover 160k miles, new harness (earlier 5632 style), rebuilt actuator, head gasket done, mint bumpers '93 300E 2.8 Smoke silver & beige tex '92 300TE 4 matic White over grey tex bad trans '92 300D Black over grey tex turbo & IP sold '87 300D White over grey tex Good #14 head Plus parts from every other 124 you can think of except a Cab' & the '95 diesel dhendy3697@aol.com

I have the front belly pan not the rear.
Its not perfect, if you were local I'd just give it to you. Let me grab some pics. No spare tow hook covers (are they not like $20 on ebay?)

The E320 & E300D use a similar style monovalve, but they are different part numbers & the diesel one is twice the price.
I really don't know the difference & I don't have one for a diesel.

still need rear shocks for an '87 wagon. i think the '95 ones are different but the '92 are the same.

I have two sets of the 94/95 style rear shock.
None of the early ones, or I would have sent you an email. The 92 rear shocks are rusted out at the top. david
